Living Area
The kitchen, dining and living area is open plan and comfortably furnished. TV, radio, free Wi Fi and magazines are provided and an oil heater for chilly evenings. The kitchen includes a microwave, electric frying-pan and a hot plate for cooking.

Two bedrooms are available. One with queen-sized bed and the other is upstairs with 2 single beds. All have electric blankets, cotton sheets and feather pillows. Extra bedding in camphor-wood chest.

The deck over looks my gorgeous Mediterranean garden with peeps of sea through the trees. An outside table and chairs and a gas BBQ are provided for al fresco dinning. On the west side of the coach house is a paved area to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun
The coach-house is within easy walking distance of Napier city but located in a quiet street on the hill. Sunny Napier is the Art Deco capital of the South pacific and has a lot to offer: The architecture, cafes, shops, Aquarium of NZ, Port Ahuriri for wine bars and boats, great restaurants and a lot more.
